New estate agents in Cross Hills!
What’s been going on?
After a stressful 6 months we are just about ready to open our doors and become the new estate agents in Cross Hills and start helping the surrounding communities with their selling and buying journeys!
We got the lease back in May and a heck of a lot of work has gone in to getting the office looking the way it does now. Damp proofing, asphalting, electrics, lowering the ceiling, new doors, new window, painting, decorating as well as a load of other things.
One of our many goals was to have a sleek and professional feel. We have done away with the “Traditional” estate agency feel and I’d certainly describe us as a “Modern” estate agency. Check out these before and after photos and judge for yourself.
I will add that “Modern” comes at a cost, not just financially but mentally. That wallpaper took hours to sort out (Well, it took my father-in-law hours anyway!) There are still a few finishing touches and, all being well, we should get some power to those light pockets in the window on Monday and can start displaying our properties.
Too many thankyous to include in this one post but I have to say a massive thanks to my wife Helen who has taken the lead role when it comes to colour schemes, office layout and furnishings amongst other things of course. Top job!
What are you doing that’s different?
Naturally we will do everything you would expect a good estate agency to do but I really believe that we offer more than you have come to expect. We are raising the bar and setting new high standards.
We are making ourselves available for longer, we are transparent with our fee structure and contract period (clue…. there is no upfront fee required and we don’t tie you in to a contract!) and we are giving back to our communities. What’s been going up?
We started taking on properties on Wednesday 1st August we have these two cracking properties in Cowling and Steeton up for sale and have arranged viewings on them both already.
