I read an article recently which claimed a large chunk of the UK’s population are addicts…..Property addicts!
The report from a home insurance company said 63 per cent of the country’s population admitted to window shopping property online with no intention of buying. How many of you will hold your hand up to that? Quite a lot I bet!
These property addicts said that they wanted to have an idea on the value of the own home, were curious to see what was selling in their village (nosy neighbours!) or just liked to dream away and look at the homes with the real wow factor.
Whilst these addicts may not be buying, they certainly help to increase the exposure of properties and word of mouth goes a long way. However, we like to attract serious buyers who want to buy their dream home.
