New staff member!
Introducing the other half of Leightons, and my other half, Helen! She’s finally here!!
Helen has always worked behind the scenes at Leightons. She had a big part to play when we were looking at setting up the business and were deciding on our branding and office design etc, but since then she’s been involved pretty much on a daily basis by taking care of our social media and office accounts. However, after 18 months of patiently waiting… here she is!
Helen joins us with over 20 years of customer service experience and a true passion for property. Having worked previously in the travel, recruitment and sales industry she brings with her those “soft skills” that are very hard to come by. Listening, understanding, friendliness, passion and empathy. I think you’d all appreciate that that these traits are very important when working in estate agency.
The move has always been on the cards and as the business has thrived since we opened in August 2018, and with the optimistic outlook for 2020, the timing is just right.
Helen’s primary role will be to offer a tailored and personal service to help people find their perfect property. She’ll be keeping those registered for our Exclusive Property Alerts in the loop with our new properties that are coming to the market, arranging viewings for them and, importantly, getting their thoughts so we can feed it back to our vendors. No doubt they’ll be an element of keeping me in check too!
With Joanne and myself here to offer support, I know Helen will be a great addition to our extremely hard working team and it’s one that is perfect to manage the busy year ahead.
